The EPA is quickly approaching 40 million visitors a month. They have great information, but it may be difficult to find exactly what you're looking for. Here are some good sites and brief descriptions where possible.

EPA's Laws and Regulations site allows users to search a current listing of the new environmental rules, proposals, and notices published in the Federal Register each day and obtain the full text for each item. Environmental regulations are found mainly in Title 40.
clu-in.org Great site for Superfund and Hazardous waste issues. The Project consists of a network of Regional Forums and specialized Technical Support Centers located in ORD and OSWER's Enviromental Response Team. The site has recently been relaunched and requires frame-capable browsers.

www.epa.gov/ttn/chief Clearinghouse for Inventories and Emission Factors. Provides access to the latest information and tools for estimating emissions of air pollutants and performing air emission inventories.
www.epa.gov/ttn If you are looking for full text versions of EPA documents, this is the place to look. Usually information is available in Adobe Reader format and/or zip files. It may be a bit overwhelming, so try surfing a little while first.
www.epa.gov/ttn/uatw United Air Toxics Network. A clearinghouse for all regional, state and federal air toxics information.
www.epa.gov/ttn/catc Clean Air Technology Center General Information & CATC Products. Air pollution reports, cost control chapters and compliance software are available for download.
